HER BIOGRAPHY
Alma is a New York State Certified Interior Designer and the President of her firm, Nugent designs, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design degree from the New York School of Interior Design and New York Institute of Technology, and a Masters degree in Technical and Industrial Education from New York University.
From 2003 to 2004 Alma had the honor of serving as president of the New York Metro Chapter of ASID. Her active involvement with ASID began when she was an interior design student, and continues to this day. She 1s very proud of the work that the organization has been doing to elevate the status and standards of interior designers and the interior design profession.
Alma speaks English and Spanish.

Nugent Designs, Inc. is a full-service interior design firm that over the years has worked for clients in New York, New Jersey,
Massachusetts, and California. Projects include corporate offices, health care facilities, religious institutions, colleges, many apartments, houses, kitchen and baths.
HER PHILOSOPHY
Clients engage designers to provide a certain look, to solve simple or complex problems, or because they do not have the time or expertise to do the project.
